In December had to go to the doctor. Lose weight he said daily exercise of half an hour.
Turns out there's a lit of tracks and things to climb located conveniently near by. So went for a 3 hour hike up a hill here.

And on a trail towards Swampy Summit. It's about a 2.5 hour hike one way, we turned back short of the summit as we didn't plan on going that far.
Anyway ttheres about 4 or 5 trails that all link up and there's probably around 50-60km loop as the Silver peaks are around 12 kilometers north. And there a 25 km loop there to do.
