what can be reason that game keeps freezing while AI turns?

what can be reason? it was always very stable in prehistoric era
here it is, I wonder if it's related to save or my computer, keeps running for 10-30 turns and then freezes while AI turn
edit: seems like it's often during turn of "player 42"
