Every game i've been in one AI steamrolls the others and controlls 70% of the map. I figure I make citties do more damage or have greater range then the attacking AI will lose or injure enough of his army that he cant take another city for a while.
Additionally, do walls and castles buff city attack? They don't seem to do much to prevent damage, but i'm probably wrong
