Nope. Its from Tenchi Muyo, which you kids can see on Cartoon Network these days. Of course, its a censored version (it was a 15 before) where the nude scenes now have swimsuits (leading to you wondering why Aeka covers herself up when she's got a swimsuit on) the swearing is gone, as is the word sake, and the SM part from the first episode is gone.

This is from the extras DVD which has a music video on it.
