What Happens if I capture thery of evolution

I've been wondering what would happen if you capture TOE from an enemy as I have heard it stated you get the benefits of a wonder you capture but not its culture so if you capture TOE do you get 2 new free techs or not?

No, unlike the Great Library, where if you capture it and don't know Education, you get the technolgies, the ToE won't give you a 2 tech bonus. TGL lasts more than 1 turn. ToE lasts 1 turn.

Nope, the bonus only applies to the person who built it. Great Library is good as long as you don't have education.
