What is the size of each expansion?

Thinking or purchasing both expansion packs and due to my slow DL speed am considering just buying the retail versions as opposed to steam version.
I know it says each expansion requires 8 GB HHD space but I am guessing that is incorrect.
Does anyone know the size of each expansion?

CiV complete (Vanilla + G&K + BNW + all DLC) will be 7.4 GB.

Buying the DVDs does nothing, you'll still be downloading the whole thing from Steam. So it doesn't matter if you actually buy a physical copy or just a key.
