After playing Civ for god knows how many hours, I still don't have the faintest idea what this is:

By "this", I mean the numbers in the red circles. Could someone please clue me in?

Very simple. The first number is the percentage of income that is going to treasury. The second number is the percentage going to research, and third is percentage going to luxury.
