What MODs or Map are a must have?

I certainly enjoy playing the game as it is, but has anyone created something (a map or a MOD) that everyone considers a must have?

I haven't messed around with maps or scenarios yet, but so far I like the Blue Marble Terrain Mod and Homegrown's clock mod. Some people like the tan interface, but I'm perfectly happy with the default blue.

people who love to play with a lot of different new civ will tell you:
"Superciv is for you"

with Superciv, it's about 48 civ and more than 70 leaders...

I like the concept of superciv, but the re-use of leaderheads turns me off.

Realism MOD is a must have. Hopefully Jaynus, the Realism's developer, will return and continue with it, but it plays great as is.

I highly recommend the Leaders mod over in the New Civilizations forum. It's got so many additional leaders for the original Civilizations. A definite must have.
