What QOL features are we still missing?

I'm glad we finally have an Alert feature (even if it's possibly bugged), but there's always more that can be done to make the game a more enjoyable experience. The one that stands out to me - though it's possibly in the game and I've somehow never noticed it - is trade deal expiration notifications. Are there any other glaring omissions as far as quality of life features go?

An alert that allows me to instantly find that barbarian camp that just spawned, not just an audio queue :gripe:

Production queues and a city growth (population and boarder expansion) notification are two more.

I'm not sure why some units can only fortify, others can only sleep, and now we have a third command to go on alert instead of fortify. All units should be able to fortify and go on alert (just call this sentry). Fortify doesn't wake the unit when an enemy approaches while sentry does. Simple. No need to have different commands for doing similar things for different units. A defense bonus is applied for each of these commands depending on the unit and how long they were in the resting state.

Also provide hotkeys for these things. Ie the sorts of things that will become annoying due to how often they are used if someone had to drag their mouse to click a button rather than pressing a key. These are the sorts of things that are obvious when actually playing the game.
