What should I do now? (Very Strange)

I was playing Settler after a very long time. Trying to get a huge empire with all the social policies, my religion in all the cities, red communist Polish cities spanning the Huge Earth Map, basically fantasy playing.

I had got all the social policies and idelogical tenets before I completed a World Congress Project which gave me a free social policy. As we all know we have to take one and cannot save it for later by right clicking it. No I cannot proceed to the next turn.


Has anyone encountered this before?
Any chance I'll be able to move to the next turn.

Also, changing the ideology is not possible, My happiness is almost 900 and the public opinion is content.

haven't had the problem, if you have checked everything you may be out of luck, this is why I turn stuff like policy saving on. just for the chance that something weird happens. I never actually have had to use it though

I haven't played BNW, but even on Settler in G&K I never reached the policy limit on Standard pace.

So maybe you found something here. IF all of policies and tenets are actually used, wouldn't there be a way to get into Anarchy or something to let you slip out of that new policy?

If this is the case, we might be forced to play with saved policies when playing on lower levels.

I'm very interested to see if someone has an answer to this, as I will buy BNW sooner or later. And I love to play Settler with a purpose, like OCC and getting the biggest city ever in pop or in area. Just to take away the normal Immortal games away for a bit.

I had it on as well. Like always. But what I got was the free social policy, which in any case, I guess has to be taken.
