Whats the game plan?

This is kind of disturbing me. I have never seen a post on what we are aiming for. Are we going for a cultual victory, space race victory? What the hell are we after?

This sort of thing should be raised in the Citizens Forum. There have been discussions there on the subject in the past - you'll find them if you look back through the threads, but it is one of the things I intend to address in the next term.
