what i mean by this is, whear in the world do thay get ideas for some unit traits??
for example, a swordsman geting a atacking bounus in citys?? whear did that come from?? if its that u can move a sword around more easly in tight streets then say a spear, then y dont ax men get the bounus? axs arnt any harder to use in steets then swords...
spears i understand, as charging a wall of spears is no easy task, but its not much easyer for infanty, so spears shold get a bonus aginst foot solders too when defending..
axs i understand too, as axs can easly hack throw lines of infantry
archers, should only get a bounus in citys when useing arows, not when in close combat useing the knife like the animation shows...
if any thing archers bounus should be 100% defense in citys, but 100% chance to fire arows.
allso, y in the world dose it not matter what flank i atack from?? if i atack a phalinks from the rear with calvery, thear more or less dead meat left out to rot.. but with bts, im hopeing to add suplie trains into the game, this will atleast make flanking some what valubale.

HAve you ever play Medieval Total WAr 2?

have it, and love it.

allso, a phalinks in a city street, with no whear to atack from but the front, is realy hard to beat.. so y dont thay get a city defense bounus?

Why don't cavalry get a bonus when attacking from hills, why don't archers get a bonus against slow infantry when defending it all about 'realism vs. gameplay'
