When i dl mods I can't see the writing!

In most mods I dl now for some reason I can't see the writing, such as name unit, str, movement etc etc. I can't play the mods like this. Any suggestions?

Are you downloading the correct mods for the version of the game you are running? I don't know if this is the cause of your problem but worth looking into perhaps - I believe older mods will not work correctly with newer game file versions and vice versa. Just a thought, anyway.

Perhaps you mean civilopedia, the civ help? Some mods don't update the descriptions so the information is obsolete.

Or you mean the popup information that appears when you hover your mouse over stuff? This sometimes disappears in normal games as well. A workaround solution is to click on the minimap, this seems to restore the functionality.

Generally, if something isn't working for one specific mod, complain to the author of the mod. Unless it's one of the original mods shipped with game, then perhaps you're right at this place.
