When is someone going to create a map, modpack, or unit graphics for ST or SW?

I want to know when someone will be making unit graphics, modpacks, maps, and scenarios for Civ3. I love SW and ST and I can't believe there is no one out there even trying to make any of these I wish someone would I cant do it. I havent that time at all. But if anyone could even give me an answer email me or PM me.
