When zooming out using mouse, sometimes get fuzzy

When I zoom out using the wheel mouse, the areas where my cities aren't from time to time get swiggly lines on them. I posted by dxdiag log. Hopefully the civ4 people are monitoring these posts and put these into fixes/patches.

Update your driver for your video card, at least that fixed this problem for me when I had it when I first got the game.

Setting the graphic settings to low and some other minor graphic options from the 1.52 patch might help
