Where can I find a good micromanagement mod?

Are there any? In theory game can (and should) be made to notify me when I hit housing cap, when I recover from housing cap, when my city spreads on a new tile etc.. Now I understand that in online games most folks don't wanna bother with it, but in a single player game I want it.

I am working on such mod does not work 100% still WIP but Mouse's Rise of Mankind is the mod.
