I find the neighbourhoods to be really small in comparison to the city centre. I would like to make my cities look like they were comprised of districts and tall skyscrapers.
I tried messing around with the ArtDefs for the actual city centre and trying to put that into a district but that did not work (I think that is because it uses both the District.ARTDEF and Cities.ARTDEF)
I tried putting Broadway into a district but that did not work.
I tried making a new wonder, but while you can change the amount you can have in the world you cannot build multiple in one city.
I tried making it so you can build multiple wonders, but that did not work because the wonder are buildings
If you have any ideas can please reply, because I cannot figure this out.
