Where can I mod specific enviroment sounds (wind noise when zoomed out)?

Hello Civ friends,

I have one problem.
I moded the Camera.artdef so I can father zoom out.
But then I have the problem that I always hear the "wind noises".
Its annoying for me.
Yes I can turn down the "Environment sounds" (If its called so. I have german client) in the options but I love all the other environment sounds like the animal noises and so on that I don't want to miss.

So my question:

Can we and were can we modificate the "wind sound". I wouldn't have any problem to fully mute that sound.
