Where do you get the SDK?

According to other threads I should find it in the game folder, but it doesn't seem to come with the Steam version. I can't find a download either.

Hi, I had the same issue with the Civ4 Steam version and had to search for a link. I don't know if there is one for Civ4Colonization yet so I posted one here...

The Steam version removed all the DLL files in some recent update. I had the DLL for the steam version once upon a time but I could not get Debugger to work with it so I bought a box version from Amazon.
