Where is Build Trade Network defined?

Good evening,

I would like to take a look at how the function "Build Trade Network" is defined. I'm interested in creating a custom automation for workers and Build Trade Network is very similar to what I'm looking to do. However, I can't seem to figure out where the Build Trade Network is defined or even where it's implemented in the SDK.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm having a lot of trouble finding my way around.
