Where Is City Attack Range Modifier?

Hi,

Has anyone located the city attack range modifier?
I could not see it in any of the .xml files in the Database folder. Maybe it is in the dlls?

I would like to see if it can be increased from 2 to 3 in later eras.

There isn't one. It's dll h/c iirc. You can only adjust the strength of the ranged strike.

Damn. I was planning to up the ranges of all the latest ships and the nuclear sub to reflect their missile capabilities. Wanted to do the same with cities for balance....
