Where is Monty?

I'm just trying to create a new game and I thought it would be fun to try out as the aztecs but Monty is not in the list of leaders. Is he on vacation?

Check the "Additional Content" tab on the main menu, and confirm that the "DLC: Aztec Civilization Pack" is enabled. For reasons unknown, some DLC got auto-disabled by a recent patch and must be manually re-enabled.
