Where is the Legacy Points Trees menu?

I don't know if is here I can make this question, but I can't find those trees that are used for legacy points. Maybe can only be accessed when you got those points?

On the main menu, in the top right corner, you should see your profile name and a mini version of your profile logo. Click on that.

In-game, click your leader portrait, and scroll down to where it says attribute points.
