I want to get an idea of where I stand with the other civs, but can't find my reputaion screen. The foreign advisor is useless, just rants about useless crap.

Does breaking a peace treaty hurt my rep (I am sure it does, I know MPAs do).

Thanks!

There is no place to check your reputation. You just have to try to think like the AI. Breaking peace treaties does harm your rep.

If you press F11 you get the demographics. I think that you reputation is the overall aceptance rate. I might be wrong though.:D

The percentage shown in the demographics is your citizens attitude towards you, not that of the other civs.

You can get an idea of what the other CIv think of you when you talk to them. ie Mao is Furious (hes pissed at you  ) or Abe is gracious (he like you  )

Even if they're polite toward you, a good way to check your rep based on your past deeds is if you're in their territory and they ask you to leave. Suggest a right of passage. If they say, "no, we know what you did to so-and-so," you've been very bad and probably won't win any popularity contests, namely the UN vote.

Does completely eliminating other Civs have a negative effect? What about 4? How about effect on the score? It seems eliminating other civs should at least give a better score.

Yea.

That's another thing missing from Civ III, along with Cheat Mode, scenario-building, the cease-fire option, etc.

What does any of this have to do with his question about his civs reputation? I am pretty sure that leaders in the real world do not use a number to gauge their reputation. They do this by actually meeting with other diplomats. In the game, you can do this also, as Ironikinit said.
