Where to get version 023 (and media pack) without Gameflood?

I've been trying to get this for about 30 minutes now, and I'm seriously pissed off with the useless Gameflood site. I even tried it in bloody Internet Exploder, and it still just routes me around in circles, never letting me download.

Does anyone know where v023 (and the media pack) are available on any quality download sites?

I did manage to get it through another computer, but I'll contact you anyway to hopefully figure out the problem (maybe it'll help others).

In general, if the downloads from GameFlood.com aren't working, go to www.gameflood.com/manager and make sure your download preference is set to HTTP, then try again. Sometimes folks get the preference set to use our manager but don't install it. If that doesn't work, please let me know. Thanks!
