I have yet to get the game. Wife wants to get it for Xmas. I saw a thread here OR at Apoly where a guy had posted some XML (?) showing what to tweak so that research was at epic lvl and the rest of game was normal. The post I am looking for had values and long strings of XML in it. Can anyone please link me that thread if they know where it is?
