Which pantheon would you pick in this situation?

Earth mother and Spirit of the Desert are the two most obvious. I'm leaning towards Earth mother because of the extra culture.

God of the Sun would be great if my capital was around all the wheat (It would be huge!), but it seems wasted on a secondary city. I guess Goddess of Beauty is always good as Egypt, but terrain dependent pantheons seem much stronger in this case.

Would any others be viable?

Spirit by a good long mile. It will these cities and all of your secondaries to the east

Hope its ok to tag along this thread instead of creating another just to ask the same.
Pangea Authority Epic aztecs and Im a bit hesitant on what pantheon.
Got pantheon from barb kills so no stonehenge/council yet.
Got Pyramids and will settle the southern spot near mt kailash and after that fill out the citrus spots.
Natural wonder and ua means I dont need a ton of faith output from pantheon.

Nature: the mountains are a bit too far from the citrus tiles.
Open sky: takes time to get rid of the forest/jungles, still its a good long term option. (animal husbandry not discovered yet)
Renewal: will have limited effect on my first two cities and forest jungle goes away when creating plantations, still maybe a good option because decent yields without any tile improvements, there is also a LOT of forest/jungle.
Tutelary: Probably a good option, cities will have good food without tile improvements.
Protection: done that enough times.
God of springtime: takes forever to get setup I dont think its worth taking.
God of wisdom: was thinking of this for early GS and some free science, never used it and dont know if its good enough, no culture hammers or gold is somewhat of a bummer.

Nature is interesting, because you get the culture output from the NW and one mountain freebie for your capital. It'd be easy enough to make 2-3 more cities getting twoish freebies each after that, especially considering some mountains half-visible up in the north. If you take this path you will probably found pretty early and strong.

If that isn't compelling I think your best bet is to just go All Creation for bulk yields, trusting kills and the NW to carry you through for religion. I think even on Deity you will still easily found this way. The main draw of this path is the extra science Authority is often really greedy for.

I'm skeptical any other options are really worth considering. With only two Jags you are very busy building them for a while (I think you should buy one immediately), and that makes getting the council for Ancestor Worship a more annoying detail right out of the gate. It similarly means the workers and buildings needed for other even more intensive options are unattractive.

3 jags, and cost 130 on epic so cant buy one more yet.
Lot of room on the map (low sea pangea) to avoid early cheese wars.
All creation feels a bit meh when Im first to get a belief.
But yes hard to make a call, I guess Ill pick something and hope for the best.

I would actually consider Tutelary here. Your going to have a very solid faith foundation if you settle that NW (which it looks like is your plan). Normally tutelary has really poor founding potential due to low faith, but your NW covers you there, so I think you can pull it off than reap the hammer benefits.
I don't think nature is terrible here if you put 2 more cities on the north east mountain range to milk the benefits, but its not "great"

Yes I was considering Tutelary, in the end I went renewal main reason was extra science.
(Managed to settle block Marocco to the north and fill up the peninsula, ended up with crazy 10 cities.)

For the Egypt game, I think you got a good reason for Goddess of Purity with those lakes and rivers to grow out too; it will give you a bit more happiness as well to grow, and you have good contenders of production to grow into as well. Go spirit of the desert if you are planning to grab those gold mines around that oasis though.

For the Aztecs, you got a lot of space to grow, and a lot of prime real estate, but not a lot of neighbors to murder. And a lot of plantation resources available too Because of that natural wonder, and because you are Aztecs, I think you can actually grab Goddess of Springtime and still get a religion. Normally I think that might be slow, but since you are authority, you don't need more production, and you look like you have a good backup source of culture. Goddess of Springtime will give you a bit more science and food, which will synergize well once you get your floating gardens up too
