Maybe you will not believe to me, but my thought is the following:
Italy players are corrupt (do you know the italian football scandal?), thus I don't love them absolutely: if they lose I'm happy.
More: I think that Italy is a "false" nation, that it would not have had to be unified. Italians have not "civic sense". I don't love Italy.
Instead, Germany is a great nation, so I'd be happy if Germany became World Champion!
Also other nations could be winners (I like Brasil, for example) except Italy!
I have astonished you? ;)

Italy won the Championships and I'm not happy at all :mad: : Germany and France: why you didn't beat Italy? :sad:

Yes, you were astonshing me. Boys with such wishes for their own people I only had expected to be found in Germany.;)
What I do not understand in behalf of the italian soccer scandal: How was it possible to manipulate games without participation of the players?
