Why am I not generating GP points?

Hey guys. Playing my first game as the Elohim. I'm at turn 170 and I'm not generating any great ppl points. I have 3 cities, monuments in all and my culture's spreading, but I can't figure out why i'm not getting any gp. Great mod I just am a little lost. any ideas?

GP points come from specialists and wonders.

Thx Monk for some reason I thought the Elohim automatically generate GPP at the start of the game. Also, I'm at around 315 turns and there has yet to be one single war. Is this normal? I've been doing my best to antagonize the evil factions by ignoring their many requests for techs to no avail. I am in a defensive pact with two other good factions but I don't know why nobody else is at war....

Grigori palace generates GP.

When someone is thinking whether they can successfully DoW you they have to estimate your military power which is the sum of your own and that of your pact partners. So if you're in a bed with half the world it's no wonder that noone wants to mess with you.
