Not an admin but the answer to at least one is obvious - and I very strongly advise you to review The Forum Rules which should reduce your need to ask these questions.
("What Can't You Post?" addresses 2 and 3, and I think the system will block any attempt at 1, or similar.

You will get in trouble for doing any one of those, and you can't even do #1 at all. It will either censor it or just not let you do it (don't know which one), just like if you type in "Perm-banned" or even "leader" (since leader is sometimes used to distinguish mods, I think).

1. yes.
2. yes, sig lines are subject to flaming, bashing, AND TROLLING prohibitions.
3. yes (no visable: nipples; public/genital areas; naked butt cracks (a mostly invisable thong counts as clothed, we just have to know that it is there) pictures of men a same rules except male nipples are irrelevent
(these nudity rules do not reflect anyones taste, but rather that we have many minor posters and for proctection of the site)
Even pictures within the above rules may incur action if their overall effect or some detail is too raunchy or disgusting.

Colour is easy to add, but mods have some colours they don't like to see used by regular posters...

Ooh...now we're getting into it. What constitutes art? Is a photograph art? or a sketch? Personally, I see nothing wrong with nudity. Banning nudity merely results in a society where felsh and sex is taboo, which actually isn't healthy mentally or physically (!).
