Will my laptop play Civ5 smoothly?

with one of the expectations that i can run this game perfectly fine on high settings and hook it up to my LCD tv

Am i okay?

You might not be able to max everything, but the game should run fine on higher settings.

Now thats a decent laptop spec and graphics spec for a change, I'm sure it will be fine with running Civ V on higher than medium, but not max settings.

Also depends on the resolution of the LCD TV. If it's a full 1920x1080 LCD TV, I wouldn't be surprised, if it's not running on max settings (though probably still on above Medium). On a lower resolution... the chip may fare a lot better.
