Will we have WLOPD in CIV3?

I did not see anywhere talking about "We love our President Day" in civ3. Does it mean we won't have it? Or maybe they use golden as substitue?
Anyone knows about it?

Hmm, about the Golden age, I have to agree with you that "I like the idea" but it should be implemented by a more nature way. "Trigerred" by a special unit is just not a good enough reason. As they said, Golden age is Empire wide thing. It make more sense if it is trigerred by a empire-size event.
ANd the F-15 example is amusing.
