Need railroad, of course.

The Golghar, at Patna (India), a giganormous Granary build by englishs in last XIX century.
A cool "free granary for all cities" wonder for industrial era.

Hamburger hafenn, the port of Hamburg. One of the busiest commercial harbour.

Need probably an existing harbour or even commercial dock. Or can give a free commercial dock to all your coastal cities, or give commercial or ressources bonuses...
 


The big and all new Berlin Hauptbahnhof, the central railway station in Berlin, opened in 2006.

Used probably as the other railway stations.



One of the biggest granaries ever : 120 metres high !
Build in 1961, can probably a free granary in all your cities.

Biggest. Offshore. Platform. Ever.
More than one million tons all comprised.

Can probably add one free offshore platform in all your coastal cities. But need a coast itself, of course.
 


Hospicio cabana, probably one of the largest hospitals in Mexico. Can give free hospitals.

The famous Brandenburg gate in Berlin. I don't know what can be his use in Civ. Maybe crime reduction.

Perhaps need the Berlin wall already build.

I would suggest making the criteria and advantages of the Brandenburg Gate the same as the Arc de Triomph and Nelson Monument since it serves the same function as those two buildings, only that it's for Germany rather than France or England. And I would advise against making the Berlin Wall necessary, since the Brandenburg Gate was erected long before the Wall was built.

And I want to personally thank you for making all of my requests and using such beautiful pictures for each! I'm totally happy with each of your choices, and I actually think the Frauenkirche's image is very fitting, much better than the ones I linked you to. Awesome job man and keep your beautiful splashes coming (maybe some more Asian monuments in Japan, Thailand, China, and India would be in order ; ) ).
 


The Iron Bridge. First big metallic bridge, on the Severn River. Since is was constructed for industrial purposes, we can use it as a Ressouce enhancer.



The Jardins du Luxembourg, in Paris, are not only a great and beautifull garden. They have also governmental buildings (the Palais du Luxembourg is the Senat House, one of the two assemblies in France), an art museum, an university, a biological museum (the Orangerie). Sport activities are also present.



JFK. Even if it's not the bigger airport in USA, it's the most known because it's here Europeans hit the ground.

Kolner Dom, the enormous german cathedral, was build from XII to XIX centuries, no less.
She even was the taller world building from 1880 to 1884.

Using it as a secondary cathedral, or giving a bonuse at others cathedrals...



Krakow Sukiennice was a medieval international marketplace in Poland.

His name mean "Cloth hall", but tissues was not the only merchandises sell here.

Bonuses to all marketplaces, of give free marketplaces.



Les invalides.

Build in XVII century, it was first an hospital for war veterans. After that, was added lot of stuff, all military related : War museum, Mausolleum (Napoleon is here), chapel for war veterans...
 


The Limes, roman version of the Great Wall. Build near the end of the Antiquity era, it was a little more efficient than his chinese counterpart, but not a lot more. His advantage it was a LOT less costly, needed less garrison for work efficiently, and don't killed millions of poor peoples for build it...

Can be used the same.



Lincoln is probably the nearest thing the USA have as a god (out of Yavhe, of course), and the Lincoln Memorial is often used as a pilgrimage location.

Probably give bonuses to temples of "US equivalents"...

Minhintal, an Indian (Sri lankese) hospital, from the beginning of the christian Era.

Can be used for give free hospital early in the game.



The Meteora, or Meteor monasteries, was build in Greece from XI to XVI centuries for defense against Turcs invaders.

Can be used as monasteries (little boost in culture, maybe ?) and give a big defense to the city they are build (un-conquerable for middle-age armies).



The Atlantic Wall. Maybe free Costal fortress AND defense bonuses ?
 


Theodosian walls. The famous walls of Constantinople. Maybe the stronger oriental walls from all history. Fall before turcs only because Constantinople lacked catastrophically troops.

Probably give a huge boost to the defense city.



The Musée d'Orsay, in Paris, was a Railroad station. As she was too tiny, she was changed for an Art museum in 1977 (what ?).



The Museum Insel is a cluster of museums in Berlin.

Probably give a boost in culture, of free museums if you have theses improvements.

Can give free aqueducts, for example.



Notre Dame de Paris. The world most famous cathedral, build in middle-age.

Quincy Mining Company, founded in the XIX century in USA. One of the most efficient copper mine in her era.

Adding a big bonus in ressources to the city it is build (but need Copper ressource in the city radius if you have this ressource).



The Rammelsberg, an enormous minning complex running since early middle-age.
