1. Trade Industrialization to the Russians first, then America and the France or China with the contingency of sweetening the deal with Gems, if we need to do that to statsify there demands.
2. Just like option one but without the contingency.
3. Trade Electricity instead of Industrialization in the same order.
4. Do trade three but without the contingency.
5. Do not trade any tech.
6. Other. Please state in reply.
7. Abstain. We cannot work under these conditions.

EDIT. Option one is the preferred choice of the Trade Ministry. Trade two is just a acceptable.

OK, I admit, I'm hopelessly out of date... Have we already built ToE? If not, then don't trade Electricity.

If we have a comfortable enough lead, then go ahead and sell Industrialization for all it's worth.

Sanitation can sometimes be a windfall too, if anyone has cash to give.

We don't have ToE yet, but we will in 2 Turns. The scientific benefit this will yield will allow us to trade away these techs without fear of maintaining our technological lead.

France ONLY has the 4 Gold and Communism IIRC. I would rather trade to Francefirst for Commie, and thewn Russia and America for whatever Gold they have.
