World Congress - HELP

Hi,

I've got problem with World Congress.
I'm in Industrial Era and me and other civilization has only one vote.

It happen after I use some kind of trainer.
Before it was everything ok.

Any ideas?

Have you removed the trainer?

If so, perhaps verifying the cache could help

Unrelated to the OP except for a new world Congress bug:

World Congress gets created (by me), I hit the icon (in the messages list): game CTD. Probably repeatable, but with CiV's ridiculous loading times I won't try finding out, as I was enjoying my game up til this point. (In my experience CTDs are generally repeatable.)
