world tracker hide - finally...

since i looked everywhere for this and didnt find, i searched the files ,and changed below 2 lines in
world tracker file in the UI folder (the xml file is the one i changed).
look at around the 14-15 lines from the top, change to stopped=1 the 2 lines that start with :
alphaanim
slideanim
it worked for me.

World Tracker is the panel at the top left of the screen that shows you what tech and civic you are currently researching. It provides a show/hide option, but some have complained about how that option is implemented (including some reporting that it won't stay hidden when they choose "hide" or that the tech and civic detail does goes away, but the empty world tracker box remains, blocking some screen real estate).
