Worldbuilder?

First off, hello everyone! I've been playing (and Lurking) since last October and I want to thank all those who've taken time to share their ideas and strategies in here. I probably would have given up the game without your unknowing help; as of now I've beaten every Civ on Level 3 (Warlord?) and am about 60/40 on Prince so far after about 20 games (nothing to brag about, but I'm getting there, slowly).

I have a question though; I figured out how/where to save a map and have seen references to a 'Worldbuilder', but I've no idea where it is in the game options (as far as I know, I have all of the purchaseable Civs, scenarios, etc.).

Is the Worldbuilder part of the game, or some type of add-on?

This is only way I know how:
Go to Steam tools, and download the Civ SDK. It'll have Worldbuilder and MOdbuddy and another I forget the name of because I never use it.

It's titled "Sid Meier's Civilization V SDK,' just so you don't have trouble finding it in the list. (Just figured that out lol)
