Worldbuilder?

I am on the fence about buying the game, but would like some feedback.

1. Does it have an in game worldbuilder?
2. Are scenarios multiplayer?
3. Does it have hotseat or LAN modes?

1) Eventually it will, but it's not finished or released yet. A few people have managed to unlock it from the downloaded files though. Not sure how good it is.

2) Yes, scenarios are multiplayer, we start with 3 scenarios in the base game that you can play multiplayer, and eventually people will be able to mod more. Mods work with multiplayer now.

3) Yes, it has both.
