oh, my bad. I thought it was telstra.

Back on topic: i just went to the grocery store to get some lunch. Decided I wanted chicken. Normally they sell pre-cooked 'leftover' chicken for about $4.00 a tub. You get most of a chicken, so it works out okay. And it's cold, the best way to eat it. Now they've got some funky new brand and are charging an arm and a leg for it. (And I'm not talking about the chicken arms & legs, either.;))

So I decided to get some hot pockets, and buy the store brand. Right in front, when I didn't see til I got back to work, was ONIONS! Crap! I hate onions! Why do people have to drown their food in onions? I go to sonic, and when they forget to keep them off, there's more onions than meat in the burger. You go to chinese, and everything's smothered in onions.

I almost wish I could convince myself to like them....it would make eating for me a lot easier. :(

You are wrong, onions are awesome. Especially on burgers.

Don't like mushrooms, eh?

What you guys need is a good fried morel or a dish with portobello. Morels are great, and portobello mushroom is a meaty bastard. That'll cure ya!

@Covak

Don't like Egg salad?

You're a lost cause.

Hey, hey, HEY!

What did I say? I said I liked red onions on hamburgers. Don't you listen? ;)

Other than that, tho, you're wrong, they're nasty.

No way man, white onions are good on hamburgers too, especially fried, (thoguh still not as good as red).

Red onions are usually best for sandwhiches while white is best for soups, like *drool* French onion soup.

The only thing white onions are good for is leaving them on the windowstill getting them nice and rotted and....umm....nevermind.

Bah! You just need some good French onion soup!

You bunch of wussies! Not a single thing mentioned in this thread tastes even slightly bad to me. :D
But then again, I'm Chinese. We eat everything except poison.

I like green olives, but I can't stomach black ones.

The nastiest "food" I am exposed to on a regualr basis is far and away Parmesan Cheese. It's just rancid. And worse, people always put it on steaming hot food, so the smell fills every nook and cranny of the room.

You find it rancid? Hmm, I've found plenty of cheeses to be rancid before but parmesan (I don't think that's how it's spelt, but I'm too lazy too look it up), no.

I understand it really has no taste, and I've never tasted it. It's just the smell of it. It's my kryptonite.

Pasta noodles. They sicken me.

Ohh, come on, Onions ain't bad, so long as you get some nice, tasty Walla-wallas!!! Those are the best, they ain't all spicy and whatever.

Not liking Mushrooms, you guys aer missing out them, and there is no hope . . . sigh, sad day, 'tis. I shall have to eat mroe in your honour!!!

My favourite food is sirloin steak, rare. My most hated food is Sirloin steak well done. It's just such a waste of good meat.

the only food that makes me gag is meatloaf though i'm not a very big fan of poi either (i've never tried a food the taste of which actually matched its color, gray, any better)

I must say I agree with you there. However, I would eat a well-done steak before I'd eat certain types of squash. Some varieties can get pretty nasty (butternut, acorn squash, and pumpkins are pretty good, though).

And :goodjob: to Perfection for hating american cheese (there's a reason Tom Green used it as a prop) and black licorice (there's a reason Charlie Chaplin used it as a boot sole in "The Gold Rush").

i ate at my moms today, thats a misstake i wont repeat for anytime soon

she had actually big ass, crunchy chunks of garlic in the sauce

no i dont mind onion, and garlic in moderate amounts,to enhance the taste, but that dang sauce raped my mouth,my breath smells like ass

ps.ill never for the life of me understand the charm of a bloody steak...

weve discovered a thing called "fire"!
i want my steaks(or any food) very well done,in fact leave mine on the "fire" untill its almost charcoal, then bring that smoldering bastard over to me:D
