Hi guys, I was looking for a mod that would enable the possibility to found Cities inside the already "dominated" area. I Mean, i think it would be more realistic and fun to be able to have a small-sidez civilization but not with only 2 cities on it.
Doesnt matter if its a mod pack or a mini-mod, any help finding this would be appreciated.
