Shaka (for the UB and extra maintenance reduction) and for the bonus to worker building since it was a rainforest map. The UU also was at least a little useful in stealing workers and exploring.

Long term the maintenance reduction was bigger than any other benefit I could imagine.

WastinTime has several time victories in other catagories. I'm pretty sure he could beat my score if he wanted to waste more time. I think a close analysis of his games would be beneficial if you wanted to improve on my score. I looked at one of his deity time victories and it was with Charlemange for the Rathas on an Archipelago map. Deity might be different than Prince, but I still think the maintenance reduction with Shaka's UB or Charlemange's UB will make the biggest difference long term.

Me too, I always thought his username comes from the fact he wastes time on time victory games.
