It's clear to every Chinese or Mongolian that you have mixed up Qin Shihuang of China with Kublai Khan of Mongolia. Infact, you can easily find both of them in a middleschool history textbook in China.
it's quite ridiculous to give Chinese leader Qin Shihuang a Mongolian cap, while Kublai is dressed in an ancient Chinese long gown.
It will be quite easy to solve this mistake: just exchange the portraits of the two leaders for each other, and it will be OK.

if you want to do it better, i suggest to give Qin Shihuang a black gown, for in Qin Dynasty, black is considered as a noble color (different from most Chinese dynasties).

I suggest you make the changes to make Civ IV perfect. and i hope i can find a Civ IV in Chinese one day. 3x

Well, you know, Firaxis tried its best to be historically accurate as possible. But really, clothes? I don't think too many people find this to be a burden, so this might be pushed to the bottom of the patch list.

But, good call.

Actually, there's evidence that even Firaxis knows this - the early design sketches tracked down (in teh game content) by some of this forum's posters make it very clear that the original concept art for Qin wound up being used for Kubhlai, and that for Kubhlai, used for Qin.

Not quite as big a flaw, but a bit annoying nonetheless: Could someone please fix that ridiculous VIOLET uniform of Bismarck? It's not called "prussian blue" for nothing, you know (yeah, sorry, I know it's a detail compared to mixing up two leaders, but I have always been interested in historical uniforms and this gay suit he wears really hurts my eyes...).

And Alexander ofcourse should use the almost finished Alexander artwork rather than some wierd Roman artwork.
