Xdaemon.dll

I am getting a message saying the XDaemon.dll file is missing.

I have tried running a search on this forum, but all that gets me is broken links or references to a thread that supposedly includes a link for downloading the dll but does not include such a link.

Can someone please help me, here or at lucius_p_alexander@yahoo.com

I no longer get the "xdaemon.dll missing" message.

I just get an even less helpful "Civ2.exe has stopped working" message.


This is the greatest computer game in the world, and it seems the Fates just don't want me to be able to play it.
