To improve castles, I created a mod to give castles a -20% city matinence modifier. However, in order to balance with courthouses, I edited courthouses so that they only have a -30% to city matinence. So anyway, my question is, when castles go obsolete, I'd like courthouses to get an additional -20% to city matinence (for their old total of -50%) but I'm not sure how to edit that.

Currently, I have castes go obsolete upon discovering economics (which I think was the default). Is there a way to have the discovery of economics give courthouses a -20% boost to city matinence?
