I dunno why, but the Neutrals decided to declare war on the USSR. Serious mistake on their part.

Soviet troops marched into Scandavania and took Stockholm with no losses.

Ok here's the deal, I won't be able to play civ3 until monday or tuesday. I don't know if an allied player would like to play my turn or if we just want to wait, it's up to you guys.

Could you hand it off to the next player then since I think the next turn belongs to Britain or France?

I'll play next to AluminumKnigh (I'm japan) and I'll be unavailable to from monday forward. (for 1, maybe 2, weeks)

If I get the turn this weekend I'll be able to play my turn before leaving.

I think if Japan plays China's turn, it would be a conflict of interest.

I'm very sorry, but I think it's better if I drop from this PBEM. My work is not giving me enough time to play my turns. This scenario is particularlly dificult for me to play because the turns take a long time.

Again, I'm very sorry. I was really enjoying this game.

well portuga, we will miss you, but i think we should keep the game going, either we should post something asking for a new player or bigbill might pick up japan himself, we will see but i hope everyone wants to still play
