No indication whether Specialist yields have been boosted. Without that, food will continue to be of minimal use. If Specialist output was boosted for working in a powered district, that might change the equation dramatically.

I'm a little disappointed Ed said running those actually doesn't do anything for the person who needs aid. Like...what's the point?

They didn't demonstrate a lot of Canada because Canada is explained thoroughly enough in first look video. They did explain rationale behind Mountie and ice hockey though, which is good.

Ed said the yields from T3 buildings would be improved by 150% when powered, meaning a Research Lab would go from +5 science to +12.5 science. That's pretty good. If he misspoke or I misheard him and it's only an increase of 50% then that's pretty lousy.

Based on the screenshot we saw, it's more likely base research lab has been dropped to +2, +6 when powered.

Because Canadians wanted Canada in the game, and Canadians have a lot of money to spend on video games.

They said it goes from 50% to 150%, so a research lab would have a base yield of 3, and probably a powered yield of +5, for a total of 8 (vs the R+F yield of 5). Still seems way too low.

I like encampment buildings being more useful. I sometimes have games I don't build a single encampment. Obviously that has to change.

I may have to build more holy sites for rock bands as well.
