    Founded Religion Without a Pantheon

There is a limit on the number of religions that are able to be founded. For example if there were 4 religions, and nobody else had a pantheon, the Celts enhanced but there was still 1 more slot for a religion.

best way to win on higher difficulties

Culture is hardest way to win at higher levels. Science is the easiest. Domination is somewhere in between but requires patience.

once a tile is "theirs" can it be taken

It is worth noting that you will greatly piss off any AI whose land you steal with a citadel. So while this isn't quite taking their land by war, it is taking land that will quicken the process to war.

Just Sent My War Chariot into a Ruin...

Not as bad as when you used to send a warrior island hopping and would up with a mechanized infantry before the AI had swordsman.

    Your list of G&K civs

Huns(5) and Austria(6) both feel cheese when I play. The Battering ram needs to be tuned down a bit and Diplomatic marriage needs to be nerfed a bit. The Maya(1) are probably the most fun I have had. Unique calendar and a steady stream of great people. Pyramids are also amazing. The Celts(2)...

Help me make up my mind

My vote goes to the Maya. Just a funner Civ to play in my humble opinion.

    Montezuma Afraid?

Monty is the leader most likely to be AFRAID of you. Every game I have with the Aztecs he is AFRAID at some point throughout the game.

Details of Great Scientists and RA's?

Total. The number that appears in the upper corner next to the science icon is what is counted per turn.

Details of Great Scientists and RA's?

I believe the amount generated by a great scientist is equal to the total beakers generated in your last 8 turns. Edit: As the for RA, the guy below me posted the exact formula quoted by MadDjinn

Faith Ruins how often do you find them?

Only played maybe 10 full games since G&K release, but out of those 10 games I received a faith ruin 3/10 times.

    Washington and Military Might

The only AFRAID tags I have ever seen are always either attached to Monty or Sejong.

What maps does Great Barrier Reef spawn ?

Yes GBR always comes in two tiles. It makes finding it with Spain very interesting.

    Om nom nom City States

Well yeah it is a blast for the person PLAYING Austria lol. Just like the Huns getting a battering ram ruin or Spain starting next to El Dorado and the GBR.

My good sir, if they offered bundles, they wouldn't make as much money ;)

Unemployed citizens no longer treated as specialists

As it should be. Being unemployed doesn't make you a specialist =p. A specialist at eating doritos maybe.

    Range Promotion Not Carrying Over?

This is correct. Everything post-crossbowman has a range of 1. The range promotion will give it a range of 2.

Pacal just got on his knees and begged for forgiveness?

Anybody who would be offended by this shouldn't be playing video games. In this game you can nuke Japan over and and over again until he is literally wiped off the planet. You can play as the Spanish and destroy the Aztecs, the Mayans, and the Iroquois. It is all make believe.

cutting forest outside of the cultural border

    1. I believe the city with the higher population. 2. Well the production value will reduce the further away from the city the forest is, so I am going to assume that logically, it can reduce to at least 1, if not 0.
