LKendter is correct. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about capturing cultural buildings, as they are automatically destroyed when you conquer a city.

I can understand 4: English, Farsi, French, and Spanish. The frustrating thing is that although I can understand French quite well, I can't speak it - spanish blurts out of my mouth every time I try to speak french.
