I'm shocked that some people think Denmark is stronger than Babylon.
Babylon - excellent at doing what it does best and good at doing many other things. On all levels the free early academy is absolutely awesome, and the +50% is also great for spaceship victory. UB is pretty good, UA is ok but...
When I think of wonders I think of buildings which are striking in scale and majesty, and by those scales Prora is definitely the worst.
But apart from that I'd say Broadway. It's pretty big and cool, but it's a modern building and today's world it does not stand out. I think I'll vote Broadway...
I dunno about those numbers, man. I rarely build any cities after the Classical era has been and gone. And a single tile in your capital seems rather underpowered. To put that in context, I think you get a new tile after like 12 turns. Even 2 in classical is only 105-200 gold. Underpowered.
But...
I always thought the most logical way for the pathfinding to work would be 'pick one of these two completely random ruins goodies'. Doing it Mayan-style seems OP. Picking one of two seems more like eliminating the risk of one of the really bad ones like 'locate nearby barb camps', than getting...
As other people have said, human misconception/low sample size. I always seem to get vanilla civs + one G+K or DLC civ. Someone else will never be able to get shot of Augustus. Another person will always get a completely even split of vanilla/G+K. For you to be able to safely conclude that...
I normally wait around 20 seconds per turn on all standard settings. I'd be completely fine with 45-50 second waiting times if the AI would make a couple fewer barmy decisions per game.
I don't think tithe is OP. Even when I get it and my religion is dominant on emperor I only generally get about 30 gpt from it by the time the game is over - not gamebreaking.
The only belief I think OP is religious texts. The founder and follower beliefs are sort of interesting to select but...
When people provide screenies on these 'I'm on warlord/prince/king and can't win' posts the answer always seems to be 'get your science buildings up sooner', 'scout around more', or 'build more units', but it sounds like a you're getting invaded rather than falling behind in tech. Since even...
Emperor. The first level I played on after completing tutorial was prince, but I won that without having to think about it that hard. Moved to king and couldn't tell the difference. Then on to emperor and found the initial AI rush you get most game was a bit beefier but the AI generally has more...
