The game loads up fine, but I can't build any buildings or units. I'm running community patch, info addict and the mod itself. I'm using the EUI and made the adjustment suggested in the first post. Thoughts?

If you, like me, downloaded the Community Patch through their automatic installer, the problem might be that the Community Patch file by itself lacks a couple of files that are placed elsewhere. If this is the case, try downloading the Community Patch manually.

removing the YieldIconManager/.lua/.xml, as @JFD suggested in an earlier post makes the mod functional with CP/EUI.
 
Quick update to merge EUI changes and to fix the CTD-on-found (maybe on SV and CV, too) (was an issue when Health is disabled) issue - let me know! Bumped up the version number so that this is clear. (wish ModBuddy allowed decimals in the version number).

@sss64sss Update your CP. I suspect you don't have the version which added Health and Disease as a yield, and this is why the Civilopedia is screwing up.
 
More bugs!

Using EUI - After building my Writer's Guild, my Specialists section on the CityView became unusable - the Writer's Guild didn't even show up there!

How bad Arabian law should be to have Terrorists on 50 turn? (Its CPU's civ)

EDIT: Just noticed that free buiding (like from Social policies) doesn't yeld crime. Intended?

What difficulty are you playing on? This seems to be a thing with all AIs founding cities, and it might be because the cities on >King start with buildings that generate crime, and the low population means that this crime is overwhelming for the first few turns.

And also,when i start a new city my city name disapear and i cant manage city(i found that it's a problem based on EUI lates version,i used previous version and it's all good).

Ok, seems I missed some changes to the CityBanner. Updated. I also took the opportunity to bump up the Organized Crime threshold to 70%. I'll deal with the conceptual issue of the ICC and the NIA essentially eliminating Crime later.


Anyone have a chance to use Crimes? Any balance/gameplay concerns? Are you finding a particular Yield loss too staggering? etc.

Yup. It was just easier to have free mean both maintenance free and crime free.

JFD, after the release of crime, are you continue on health and province to finish CID, or turn into Piety/Sov./CulDiv. ?
Just curious about what we can expect next?
 
I'll be detailing more my future plans in my New Year's Imperial Speech, however, I 'm turning to Piety atm, with the hope that I can release it by the New Year. Next week, I'll be focusing on Sovereignty, with a bit of Provinces here and there as that requires little. Health has begun, but is waiting upon Pope Gazebo, King Sukritact, and Lord Chancellor Janboruta for a few pieces. I'm not sure that there's much to be done with CulDiv. The base component doesn't need anything, AFAIK, and the Ideals component is now going to be a part of Society Divided, which naturally comes last in my priorities.
 
I played about half game with crimes and they feels good. Not shure why Treason claimed to be dangerous because I didn't get even -0.5 happiness before I could able to build White tower. Still want one more way to deal with Theft, like World Wonder (shurely Sov. will inroduce some way of dealing with Theft, but still)
 
Is there a reason that war progress affects loyalty? When an enemy declares war on me but can't make any headway against me but I don't conquer any of their cities I am counted as losing the war and it hurts my loyalty in previously acquired cities from past wars. This doesn't make a lick of sense to me. How am I losing if I am keeping my enemies from gaining an inch of ground in my territory. My enemies can, at this moment, declare war on me and just wait enough time that loyalty rips my empire to pieces because the game deems me to be losing wars when in fact the enemy loses generations of men trying to assault my borders.

Any idea why this is?
 
CityView is still broken - the issue seems to arise when you start generating Great People for the first time, and this issue leads the whole City screen to become broken.

If you've replaced the Lua files with the EUI overrides, will CID still work without EUI?

Definitely not. And this is likely the reason for this error. That error is occuring because its looking for something included in the base EUI. You'll need to reinstall the vanilla CityView files.
